HomeLoanBrokerage (HLQ) has achieved a Nationwide Reputation in providing Home Loan Quotes for Home and Business Owners and the General Public. HLQ solely provides this Free Service as an advertising service for participating Mortgage Brokers/Originators. HLQ is not a Lender or Mortgage Broker. HLQ advertises throughout the Network of Business and the Internet.

Use of Website
Please read this agreement carefully in its entirety before using this site, or using any content and material from this site as well as any other service offered through HLQ. If you do not agree with any provisions of this Agreement, do not access or use this site. Your use of this site constitutes your full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This agreement is directed to any and all users of this website including Mortgage Brokers/Originators/Lenders and Home or Business Owners or any user who in any manner uses the content of this website. Users must also comply with policies outlined throughout the Privacy Policy, Registration, Software Use and Lead Referral Program.

Permitted Use
With your compliance of this agreement, we grant you a nonexclusive, revocable, non-assignable, non-sub licensable limited right to solely access, through our Login Page to view information in accordance with all specific details of use as written in our website pages. You may not deep link to specific pages for harvesting data, scrape, spider, crawl or copy content or otherwise transfer information from our website pages.

Access
Your access and use of the Site may be disengaged from the internet for one or more reasons, including, maintenance, repair or updating of the Site or other actions that HLQ may necessitate. HLQ reserves the right to discontinue the availability of the Site or any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

Subsequent Revisions to Agreement
HLQ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise change this Agreement at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations and/or additions. Accordingly, HLQ recommends that you periodically visit this page to review the current Agreement.

Electronic Agreement
This agreement is an exclusive electronic agreement between you and HLQ and may be terminated any time, with or without notice and for any or no cause by HLQ.

Email
If you click on any part of our sites, past the Terms of Use and the Home Page, we promise to periodically update you electronically by Voice, Video, Audio or Text to inform you of new information or changes. HLQ records your I.P. number to contact you. You agree to accept email information and notices from HLQ and our partners about services or your account. Your continuous usage assures you of a steady flow of new information.

License to Submissions
It is not necessary to submit or contribute content, ideas, concepts, etc., in order to participate in any part of the HLQ, however, if you do so, you hereby grant with this agreement, a nonexclusive, irrevocable, unlimited, sub licensable and assign, royalty free right for us to copy, publish, complete derivative works, improve, add and use commercially in any future way without further consent, notice and or compensation to you or anyone affiliated with you in any manner. You further agree that any submission is accurate and you have sole title to all aforestated materials and you are not submitting prior patented or copyrighted information of any third party.

HLQ has no control over the content of your submissions and we have no obligation or liability to verify submitted information or your identify, nor are we obligated to anyone for their use of any part of the HLQ Website. HLQ cannot guarantee that our website users will not use the ideas and information which you submit, so don't submit proprietary or confidential information. After reviewing the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, you must decide on the information you wish to provide for public viewing. You are advised not to provide any type of information that may be harmful to you.

Use of Information
The term "Your Information" includes any information that you provide to us or our Partners during the registration or in any part of our site or through any email feature. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of Your Information, and we act only as a passive conduit for Your Information. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement

Rights of Software Use
This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive non-transferable, non-sub licensable right to use our Software. HLQ reserves all rights in the Software not expressly granted herein, including without limitation, ownership and proprietary rights. Your right to use the Software Service is subject to the limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Eligibility
HLQ is not directed to children under the age of 18. We prohibit registration by and will not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and our General Policy.

User Conduct
The user must understand that all contents (information, data, text, photographs, videos, music, graphics and/or other materials) transmitted through HLQ software are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. HLQ does not control or prescreen the contents sent via the video communication service; therefore, the user is entirely responsible for all contents that he/she publishes. The user must also understand that it is possible for him/her to receive content that is offensive, objectionable or indecent. HLQ nor any of the websites or softwares of HLQ are not liable for any such content. Users shall recognize they have the responsibility of evaluating and bearing the risks associated with the content's (that is shared and used) reliability, accuracy, usefulness, purpose and comprehensiveness. Consequently, users shall understand that they cannot entirely depend on the transmission of service. The user agrees not to use the service to:

1. send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk" mails, "spam", "chain letters" or any form of unsolicited distribution.
2. publish any message with contents that are harmful, abusive, harassing, vulgar, privacy invasive, obscene, libelous or hateful.
3. send any material that contains software viruses or any files or programs designed to interrupt or destroy any computer software or hardware.
4. use the service to harass or "stalk" another or otherwise cause harm to another.
5. impersonate or represent another person.
6. solicit or electronically transmit sexual images or material harmful to minors.
7. the user further agrees not to data scrape, copy, redistribute, alter or reproduce any content for commercial purposes including the selling of information to third parties.

Content that is publicly available on HLQ may not be stored in a computer. You can store personal and non-commercial content on your computer, however, your private storage can be accessed by HLQ to investigate complaints or by a court order.

Restrictions
You may not reproduce or distribute the Software for any purpose whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not copy the Software to any server or location for reproduction or distribution. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. The restrictions contained herein apply equally to any updates that may be provided to you by HLQ and our partner sites. The Sites contain information that is proprietary to our partners, our users, and us. We assert full copyright protection in the Software/Sites. Information posted by us or our partners or our users of the Software/Sites may be protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to us or to the users. You may not modify, copy or distribute any such information in any manner whatsoever without having first received the express written permission of the owner of such information and nothing in this Agreement shall grant you the license to use such copyrights or service marks. All intellectual property rights in the Software and Services, including without limitation, all computer code, audio, graphics, multimedia, images, sounds and text incorporated into the Software or Services, are owned exclusively by HLQ and we are protected by United States copyright laws and international copyright treaty provisions. Any violation of the terms set forth herein is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE

HLQ and their software providers -

1. claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the Communications Decency Act for Content provided by partners and users and nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. You understand and agree HLQ may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in our judgment violates the Agreement of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of its users.
2. states that you are solely responsible for the content that you publish on HLQ or transmit to our partners. User states that by posting content to any public part of this site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant HLQ and its partners, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, copy perform, display and distribute such information, rights of publicity, and content to all posted content.
3. allows Registrants the option to permit entry to their private communications by close friends.
4. Users are totally responsible for user name and password security.
5. Users cannot use a user name in which others hold a legal claim to the user's name.
6. In all respects, users are solely responsible for their conduct in electronically transmitting any photos, videos, audios, data, text, graphics, video displays, their profiles and links. HLQ does not monitor transmissions and is not responsible in any manner for the general or specific conduct and usage of our software.
7. Users of our softwares understand that they may be exposed to content that is indecent, offensive or vulgar. Porn Publishers or other objectionable publishers cannot use the HLQ.

Mortage Quotes
HLQ does not quote insurance rates: you select and you apply for quotes through Lenders/Mortgage Brokers/Originators that are provided by HLQ. HLQ disclaims any and all representations, warranties and opinions regarding Mortgage Quotes or Rates.

HLQ does not endorse nor are we responsible or liable for any action of the Lenders/Mortgage Brokers/Originators, directly or indirectly and HLQ is not responsible in any manner for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused in connection by any purported action.

No Guarantee of Quotes, Rates or Coverage
HLQ does not make any guarantees, warranties or representations regarding the quotes, rates or coverage offered or made available through Lenders.

Information that you provide in your Quote Request may be used as stated in our Privacy Policy. You authorize Lenders and their providers to research your information, including checking your credit history to provide a quote.

You also authorize Lenders and their representatives to contact you by telephone, fax, email or video communication to provide you with a rate quote.

Representations
HLQ makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of this Site's content, either expressed or implied; it is your responsibility to evaluate all of the content and you agree that any use is at your sole risk.

You are required to provide HLQ and our Partners with Information that is current, complete and accurate and you will not misrepresent your information. Your information must be updated as changes occur.

Password Security
It is your sole responsibility to maintain password security. You will not allow any person to use your password to operate HLQ through your registration.

Financial Decisions
HLQ and our partners provide information on financial providers, such as Insurance Brokers, Business and Franchise Opportunities, Credit, Lending and Investment Firms. HLQ is not an agent or consultant, nor do we advise or endorse these services. It is your sole responsibility to investigate any such service prior to use.

Fees
Access and use of HLQ is Free. At any time, HLQ may choose to charge fees for various services; HLQ will notify you of any changes 30 days prior to HLQ offering their services for a fee.

Termination
You may terminate your registration or viewing use at any time by contacting us. HLQ reserves the right to terminate your access to the use of our site for any reason or for no reason.

Warranties
No warranty is made by HLQ regarding information, services and HLQ hereby disclaims any and all representations including, accuracy, reliability and general information obtained from third parties.

Disclosure of Information
In order to serve you, you are required to list information about yourself or your business. This information may be sent to Lenders, Mortgage Brokers/Originators who need this information to respond to you or to other entities who work with us. You consent to be contacted by telephone, fax, postal mail, email or by video communication by any communication contacts that you have supplied to us or that we maintain. You state that all information that you provide to our partners and HLQ is true, accurate and current.

Indemnification
You agree to protect and fully compensate HLQ and their partners from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of the terms or your infringement or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of anyone.

Limitations on Liability
You agree that we will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits or loss of data arising with this agreement and its use. Should there be a disagreement, users agree to arbitrate all claims and disclaimers of warranties and liability.

Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, Clark County, U.S.A., and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue in the State Courts as well as the Federal jurisdiction. Notices may be given by electronic publishing or message posting.

Miscellaneous
You agree that HLQ may transfer all your account and personal information to any of our partners. HLQ may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. These Terms of Use constitute the entire Agreement of the parties and supersede any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements of the parties relating to the subject matter. If any provision of these Terms of use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not have any effect on any other provision of these Terms of Use, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
